Time flies....

when you're having fun! We've had a super busy few weeks but have had so much fun. Wynn started swimming lessons last week and is finishing them up this Thursday so that's made for busy evenings after work. She's been doing great though! Last night was our big night on the twisty slide and tomorrow night it's popsicles and the diving board.

This past weekend we went to a local blue festival and it was great. Wynn loved it because it's along a creek so she fed ducks and ran around with other kids playing in the water. Father's Day was spent with Daddy and I made a special meal for everybody. :)

Wynn has also been playing in the sprinkler alot lately and was so excited when Lizzie and Joe came to play with her a few weekends ago. Lizzie kept tickling her and making her laugh! It was so cute!

Please pray for my niece..

My niece, Mikayla, is in need of some prayers. She is only four years old and lives in Mongolia. Her parents, Sam's oldest brother Donald, and his wife, Tina, are baptist missionaries and they have been living there for a few years now. She has developed a bad staph infection that has spread to her bones in her hip and leg. She is, as I type, undergoing surgery in Mongolia to try to scrape out the infection and puss from her little bones. She will then be flown by jet to a Children's Hospital here in the States along with her mama. Please pray that everything goes smoothly and that she has a speedy recovery. Poor little peanut, and her mama, must be scared to death. Thanks everybody!

Our Weekend

We had ANOTHER wedding this weekend out of town! Jason and Jody's wedding was beautiful and Wynn had a great time hanging out with Grandma and Pap Pap. After we got back home today I took her to the pool for a few hours and she totally dug it. It took her a few minutes to get over a giant bucket of water that dumped DIRECTLY on top of her head when we were just starting to play on the big toy in the kids area (that scared the hell out of her) but after that she was good to go. :) Here's a few pics from the weekend..

Is there anything better in the entire world than this gorgeous smile??? You bet. The sound of the contagious giggles that come from it or the clapping of her little pudgy hands as she cheers on her dog....or the squeal of "MOMMYYYYY!" while she does all three. :) She is my sweet sunshine! :)
